Bivrost® Arctic Gin is a Small Batch premium Gin produced with the 'one-shot' distillation method. Arctic plants, berries and spices are distilled with the highest grade Norwegian base spirit, the collected distillate is diluted with molten glacier water to 44%vol drinking strength. Handcrafted under the glow of the Northern Lights, at the foot of the majestic Lyngen Alps to ensure a unique product of Arctic Norway.
Our Gin is silky with fine flavour, delicate aromas and elegant balance. The taste of Arctic berries, roots, spices and classic juniper combined with a crystal clean, medium body and a medium-length citrus and spicy finish.
