Senja Roastery buys green coffee beans in small quantities, sometimes at auction, and roasts each batch on-site to their individual requirements, showcasing the beans' terroir rather than over-roasting those delicate flavors. We believe this is the first clear coffee distillate liqueur. Its transparency proves that only sugar and a little water have been added to the coffee distillate.
